Hello Friends and Neighbors!

We are selling/auctioning... and we are allowing you all to have FIRST access to buying (or **selling on our behalf) for a $5000.00 gift for making it happen), maybe to a friend, relative or contact, allowing them to be close to you! (**THE BUYER will state their primary contact, then we will make FINAL decision who gets the reward, but it will happen!).

You are great, caring people, and have been both to mom and dad (Johanna and Charlie Johnston), and us (Fred and Ingrid), and we thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. We will really miss the Condo, our Neighbors, Goderich, the birds, the privacy, the quiet park behind us, our extra windows (more light and fresh air), the ability to go outside from front yard to back yard, and so many other things.

THE REASON we are selling, is that we found that we need an EXTRA WIDE garage to make our ramp van workable for my(Freds) disability. We tried our best to try to make it work. (We installed a (easily removed) stairlift, ramp into house and onto deck, etc.).

So here's how the sale will go. We will start at $699,000.00 and after two weeks, will reduce by $3000 every 3 days, until someone scoops it up. The purchase must be a cash sale (no conditional offers please). At the point an offer is received, the price will HOLD at that days price. Additional offers will be received, and go into queue, in case the first offer fails for any reason. Keep an eye on the "NEWS" section, as the price will be flagged as "HOLD".

After a couple of weeks, we will start advertising to a wider community. Of course anyone who find out about this sale at any point is eligible, but the general advertising will be kept low for the first couple of weeks.
